About our chef : Born in Israël, Shahar Dahan studied in USA and started as sous-chef at NOBU NYC, a very famous Japanese restaurant. After the USA, our chef opened a new restaurant in Monte Carlo, with a Japanese fusion menu. Passionate of travelling, the chef fell in love of Argentina for its customs, its way of life and the richness of its traditional cuisine. His passion for fish, meat and dulce de leche made him discover incredible flavors. Since 2018, he shares his passion for Argentinian cuisine and makes you taste exceptional dishes at the Polo 1999 in the heart of Haras de Gassin.
