RULES
1-General Rules:
2-Duration: From July 12th to July 12th
3-Handicap limits: 8-10 goal.
4-Nº of Chukkers: 4
5-Type of Tournament: Handicap.( HPA RULES)
One league of 4 teams playing against each other.
Friday 11th: Semis, The 1st Team plays against the 4th Team & the 2nd Team against the 3rd Team.
Sunday 12th: Finals.
Points: WIN:2, DRAW:1, LOSE:0.
Semi-Finals and Finals matches will be played to a result. If a match is tied at the end of the 4th chukka 30 seconds will be played, and if still tied an extra chukka will be played to sudden death. If it's still tied at the end of the extra chukka a sudden death 60 yard penalty shootout will take place.
6-Players: To play the tournament all participating players must have a Carte du Handicap.
7-Umpire: The Tournament will be umpired by Daniel Bopudou under the HPA rules.
8-Disciplinary Committee: The players in the tournament will play under the disciplinary code of the “ IPC Tournament” Disciplinary Committee.
9-Handicap Committee: Under the Handicap Committee of P.C. St Tropez.
10-Tournament Committee:
Corinne Schuler, Alshair Fiyaz, Shahe Kalaidjian, Felipe Gomez, Antonio Gomez, Miguel Mendoza, David Amar, Gualtiero Giorri, Magali Laget, Justin Gaunt, Manuel Cereceda
11-Match timing: The Teams are reminded to be on time for their matches. If a team is more than 30 minutes late that team will lose the match with a 3-0 score.
In the case of forcé majeure the tournament committee will consider the possibility of changing times and dates of matches.
12-Development of the tournament: In the case of adverse weather conditions or other problems as the tournament develops the tournament committee together with the team captains will look for the best alternative.
We will take the last result as official result.
13-Grooms and Players : Responsibility – Social-Insurance.
