The Polo Club is equipped with wooden stables set on a concrete
underlay, as part of our commitment to offering high quality
and aesthetic infrastructures. Including 94 stalls measuring
3.18 m x 3.18 m, the stables blend superbly into the Club
environment and offer polo ponies maximum comfort. Equipped
with modern eating and drinking troughs, the stalls also feature
automatic fly repellent sprays. Capacity can be raised to
300 stalls in peak season.
The stables are divided into three rows of 24 stalls and
one row of 22 stalls. Each row possesses a large, modern saddle
room, suitable for storing all types of harness, grooming
gear, mallets, polo gear and veterinary equipment.
The stalls are also interspersed with fountains drawing their
water from the artificial lake, used to water and groom the
ponies.
Main sockets are available at the side of the boxes for connecting
main trimmers.
The food store and manure container are located just a few
metres away.
A horsewalker is available for training purposes. Rarely
found in France, this electronic device can be programmed
by trainers to work the pony at the required speed and for
the required length of time.
Grooms also have access to locker rooms and full sanitary
facilities.
